Justin Bieber appeared on the pretend Miley Cyrus Show last night and apologized to fans for getting high.

Playing Miley's biggest fan, the host joked about how much better of a singer Cyrus is than that Justin Bieber character, adding that he "heard [Bieber] got busted for smoking weed." And?  "He's really sorry about it. And people make mistakes. And he's never gonna do it again." Pretty funny stuff and a pretty unique way to acknowledge an error in judgment.
