Labami’s real name, Otuyelu Abayomi is a graduate of Building from
University of Lagos, Akoka. He started single with a group “New Age
Boiz” as far back as 2006 while in the university.
An album was released
and a musical video to go with but unfortunately, various members of the
group had to go their separate ways due to personal reasons.
With Great beat, danceable tune and a very subtle lyric to go with, Labami would take over the clubs and top parties in Nigeria with this
song. Compared to the likes of Wizkid, Olamide and the rest, Labami’s
Gun Yan can stand side by side with top club banging songs from top
artiste in Nigeria.
We definitely believe this song is a massive hit and any DJs would
want to have this on replay as we introduce this exceptional talent to
