Gossip & Gists: Banky W On His Relationship With Andrea Manuela Giaccaglia

Ladies, clean your face filled with mascara tears, Banky W is a single man. The Nigerian music superstar is shutting down speculations that he and Italian-Ghanaian model Andrea Manuela Giaccaglia are a couple.

The buzz about their relationship has been on for months, but the rumour mill went out of control when Andrea and Ghanaian heartthrob Chris Attoh split. We recently caught up with Banky and asked about the romance. In shock, he said “That’s news to me. Nothing happened, she’s a fantastic person who happens to be my friend.”

Banky reveals that he is single and everyone shouldn’t be interested in his relationship status. “I think people shouldn’t be so obsessed about my relationship status, I’ll get married when the time is right and the lady is right. When these two things are in order I’ll marry. At the moment, I am 100% single” he says.

The Hennessy Beat Bar crawl has reached its final lap for 2013! Wizkid, Davido, Ice Prince, Banky W, others to perform!

After touring different Lagos clubs with great Nigerian music and the multiple goodness Hennessy brings, the bar crawl will hold its last club tour tagged “Traffic Light Special” on Friday, December 6^th at the Maddox Club in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The Traffic Light Special event will involve guests wearing a hint of one of the colours of the Traffic Light, which are Red, Yellow and Green and will have symbolic meanings.

Guests in Red are taken and not willing to mingle. Those in Yellow are open to banters while guests in green are good to go and ready to mingle!

In conjunction with Beat FM, the event will feature top artistes like Ice Prince, Banky W, Davido, Chidinma, Sound Sultan, May D, Phyno, Sean Tizzle among other acts.

Gossip & Gists: "Wizkid Is Still With Us" - Banky W

E.M.E boss, Banky W debunked reports of Wizkid’s break up from the record label.

Mr Capable said the label is currently re-negotiating the contract of Wizkid and that they are in the middle of the negotiation which they hope an agreement will be met soonest.

“Wizkid is going international and as a result we have to re-negotiate the contract he signed. Wizkid has his own idea of how he wants to do things and he has plans for himself too. Wizkid is still with us, there’s no problem, things will be sorted out soon” Banky W told E! 365.

Banky W is very confident the issue would be settled in coming weeks.
